Unused credits or an unused Seller Pass: yes, within 14 days of purchase. Send us a message below.

A credit already spent on a car, a Seller Pass already used on a listing, or Lifetime already used to unlock a report cannot be refunded, unless the law requires it.

Charged by mistake, or a report did not load? Tell us and we will make it right.

Bought in the app? Apple or Google handle that refund.

On the website: sign in with the email you used at checkout. Credits, Lifetime, Seller Passes and unlocked cars are saved to your account, so they show up on any device.

In the app: tap Restore Purchases on the purchase screen to bring back Lifetime bought with your Apple ID. Credits stay with your CarBluff account.

Restore a purchase

Open your Garage and tap Delete account, in the app (Garage tab) or on the website. It removes your account, saved cars, notes, photos and unlocks from our servers for good.

Scan history stays on your device only. Clear your browser or app storage to remove it.
